Diving After Dcs

where can I find information on people retuning to scuba diving after getting the bends (DCS II)?
I am looking for information about people who have had decompression injury to the spine and returned to diving at the instructor level.
I am looking for case studies. Hospital reports, military diving report etc.
With DCS II should probably give up diving especially teaching due to the responsibility of the students & their inabillity to get nutrally bouyant causing lots of ups & downs for the instructor. But for a MORE proffesional opinion call DAN.
