Looking for vacation ideas for March 2009 (for roughly 10 days of travel)?

Wife and I are looking to take a trip. Want it to be beach based so looking at Caribbean, Hawaii, or Latin America. Don’t want it to be completely resort based as we like adventure (sky diving, zip lining, etc) but like the option to golf as well. Also like the idea of a hotel that has 3 wall rooms with epic views. Anyone know of any places that can encompass all of this or come close?
