What we generally think of swimmers, divers?

Just curious … when swimmers and divers are on the same team (team high school or college team), what do the swimmers, divers usually think of? I am on a college team and I have heard that the coach swimming, and some of the swimmers dive team considered a "necessary evil", but I've also heard that swimmers love with diving and part of this sport.

We are two completely separate sports just happened to share the same medium: the pool. While swimmers tend to be more integrated, Divers are usually fine, thin, and the coolest part of the team. They also take time in the middle of the meeting which can be good (gives you more time to rest) or if there are too many, just dragging enforces longer. In reality they have nothing in common except that the use of swimming pool and "diving" in the blocks, and divers "swim" back to the wall haha.
