Forensic ornithology question!?
Can any knowledgeable bird lover suggest what bird might have visited my garden, killed and plucked a collared dove leaving the feathers in a wide circle, and left bird dirt full of animal hair (possibly rabbit) behind? I live in North Norfolk UK, by the way. I’d be very interested to know!
a falcon or an owl if the evidence appeared overnight it’s an owl by day it’s a falcon.
