Planning vacation next year, which Island should I go to?

I’m from USA and the only island i’ve been to so far is Cozumel, Mexico. Did some diving there last year and had an absolute blast. Now, i’m looking to have another great experience on another island, but this time with my girlfriend. I’m really looking for a nice all around island thats not too touristy. I’m sure bahamas, cayman, and hawaii are beautiful but they seem like they’re geared towards the tourist, family vacation crowd. I’m 23 and she’s 22, we wanna go out and have a good time, but it doesn’t have to be the place we’re the biggest party is going down or anything. Basically, something that won’t break the bank, pretty fun, and maybe get her into a little scuba diving. I’m thinking some all inclusive too. Any such thing out there?

I really liked Ocho Rios, Jamaca. The snorkling there was just a short swim from the hotel’s beach.
