As it stands, Cyprus is appealing the most to me simply because it is somewhat familiar to me, geographically and 1000′s of Irish and and europeans visit there every year so I am sure it is a safe place.

Mexico, I am really ignorant on the politics and the culture and Thailand also.

I would like to be able to work in the field as an instructor after completion and I am also not sure of all the technical names of the courses and additions that these sites have listed..
