Volleyball gear question… please anwser, any v-ball players out there?

ok so heres the deal.
I am a boy and have been wearing spandex under my shorts for 3 years during volleyball. Our coach who is a woman made us wear them under our shorts, it was a rule and we had to follow it. So one game i was in the change room and was missing my spadnex, i told her is it ok for me to play without them, she said no and went into her bag and pulled our her Mizuno vortec spandex shorts. She said wear them oresle youll be benched for the rest of the season. I did what i was told and started the game. After the game she asked how they felt and i said “way better than my mens spandex, i felt more comfie and could move around easier, i could dive without getting a wedgie” she said that i looked more comfie in the to. Now i bought the same pair and wear them during volleyball. Is this ok for me to do? why or why not?

i am a volleyball player, and well were in a small town so we didnt have those kinds of rules but hey, if they increase ur gameplay and they make you happy, wear them. and if your friends find out tell them to try it out, some other kinds of clothing that are made for women are great for men so you wouldnt be the first guy in the world to use womens clothings. so go for it. why go back to getting wedgies…. do you like wedgies……….. -_- …. and you should have fun and be comfortable playing the game you like to play. good luck
