How to increase the domain of hold my breath under water?

I consider this type of GN in breath holding up to 5 minutes or more. Six months ago, I was able to hold their breath while 1 minute during a dive. But since then, I did not get time for any immersions (or anything for that matter), so you can hold your breath just 30 seconds now. I am very interested in how I raise my breath safely. Pls someone can give me some guide lines that could follow? Thanks in advance!

Try building your apnea times lying in bed, relaxed, increasing say 15 years at a time. You should be able to get 2 minutes in a few sessions. But as others have said, never try this in the water, unless in an environment with trained divers, where the discipline is called static apnea. A golden rule of the retention of breath, or diving apnea when, always leave at least 2 minutes between dives, to re-oxygenate the body. My dives rarely exceed 90, which is enough to see the reefs that are just a few meters down. And again, not only apnea, although I know it is desperately hard to find a mate apnea. I found that running regularly is the best way to increase long-term lung capacity, possibly because when I swim, my legs get tired before I pushed through the heart and lungs to the limit. Also make sure you have enough iron in their diet, which can be a problem for vegetarians, and recommend not to drink excessive consumption of coffee or tea before apnea. To learn more, find a local club where you can apnea make an introductory course. It is not at all afraid, and you will learn how to improve performance, and how to do it safely.
