Diving No Fly Time

There are many great dive sites in the Caribbean, but to make them reach the top of the list? We will give our opinion. We have done a lot of diving around the Caribbean, but these sites are those that still remember and compare all other dives.
Our list:
* Wreck of the Chikuzen, Tortola, Virgin Islands British
I loved this site. It was (and still is) the best dive accident we've done.
The sinking of Chikuzen is located very near eastern Tortola and 12 miles northwest of Virgin Gorda. This site is weather dependent so it may or may not be able to get out. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and were able to dive the wreck (who were staying on Virgin Gorda).
When he got off the buoy line to wait for the other divers, were directly a large school of barracuda. Now I'm used to seeing a lone barracuda, or a few together, but had to have at least a hundred of them. And this was only in the bottom of mooring line. It's even better from there. Definitely one of the best all the time our dives in the Caribbean.
We saw sharks black tip, lots of stripes, horses, cats eye, pompano, spadefish and more. This is the perfect place if you like big fish and lots of fish. And to top it off, we heard the whales singing at the end of the dive. And we have not even mentioned the wreck. How could it be one of our dives?
* Pidgeon, Bequia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines
This is usually a surprise (and us, because the rest of the diving we did in Bequia was good but not spectacular). However, this dive was wonderful. It was only my husband and I and the divemaster (that's better than a lot of dives).
The water was crystal clear and the sun shone on the coral, making the colors brighter. There was a slight current so that only the drift along the reef with just one shot. A lot of marine life to observe.
I remember thinking: "This is why immersion." It was just a fantastic and easy to travel underwater tourism. Definitely one of the dives we've done.
* Name unknown, Bimini, Bahamas,
I know, I'm sorry – but you will be able to find it. We went to Bimini from Florida in a boat and sailed out of our boat instead of a dive shop. We are tied to a mooring buoy, as we prepare. Then jump in. and that was the beginning of a great drift diving fun.
We were flying! The coral formations were beautiful and since it was a nice sunny day colors were bright. Since the current was strong he could not stop and study many things, but he was fine. It was a heck of a fun dive.
Along the way, we saw an underwater plaque dedicated to someone who had died. So between the mooring buoy and the plaque, one of the dive shops or a local can tell where we (my brother-in-GPS broke laws so we lost the coordinates). The next time you go to Bimini, we will meet again and I will post the update.
* Horseshoe, Cozumel, Mexico
Cozumel is almost a mecca divers and have been there several times. You will find a lot of dive sites Cozumel deep discount but it stands out and is one of my favorites.
This site has incredible formations with tunnels in and around the formations. We have seen a lot of marine life including eels, sharks, barracudas to name a few. An immersion in cold and definitely at the top diving in Cozumel.
So there you have it. Our list of 4 dives we have done. If these dive sites, we hope you enjoy them as much as we did. To read about our immersion top all time favorite in the Caribbean, the number 1 on our list, visit our website.
