Best hotels for snorkelling/diving in Thailand??

i’m thinking of going tgo Thailand in October for a week or two, it would befantastic to do some diving/snorkelling, does anyone know of luxury hotels that is also ideally located for those activities??

it’s not the hotel, it’s the location, you can find a good hotel at any of the locations, recommend, Krabi, Phi Phi, Koh Samui, or Similian islands. Hotels at any of these locations can arrange tours for snorkeling and or diving.
