Big Island, Hawaii: Which is better, Jack’s, Makai, or Pacific Rim?

Which is the best SCUBA operator: Jack’s Diving Locker, Dive Makai, or Pacific Rim divers?
My wife and I are both beginners, with about 10 dives each. We’re in our early 30s. Mostly interested in animals and plants. Neither of us is interested in wrecks at all. Our basic schedule is: Day 1, 2-tank dive. Day 2, 2-tank dive. Day 2 or day 3, maybe do a sunset manta dive, maybe not. This will be in early January, 2009.
