Is it Possible to survive with your face split in half?

I just saw this video of this guy falling face first into a concrete ledge because he as trying to dive into the water by was a little TOO short…HE MANAGED to survive! its called the “guy who splits his face” video(search it)… will he ever be normal again? PS. his forehead seems to be in half as well

Yeah, I’ve definitely heard of people having their faces torn off from shotgun blasts etc. at close range. They survived, though they underwent endless rounds of extensive surgery.

As for been normal? Well, I’d imagine they’d be disfigured and covered with surgery scars for life. I remember seeing images of a woman who had her face pieced together from skin given from a donor, and well… after the surgery, she wasn’t exactly a looker to say the least.
