What do I need to purchase and operate my own fishing and diving charter boat (UK)?

This is my ambition, only to have something small and simple but well together to operate outside a port on the southern coast. As we know virtually nothing about the trade, what are the key points to keep in mind? What kind of boat would be better – photos welcome! Any help much appreciated. Thanks! PS, I have 20k saved as a deposit teams on a ship if necessary.

VHF license … people who get paid to take them fishing are very demanding …. have to be very skillful and knowledgeable to make a living at this game.
