Which is a better place to vacation Destin or Panama City Beach?

Im a college student, I like to party but not all the time. Im looking for the place with the best beach and lots of things to do (partyin/bars only counts as one thing to do in my book). I enjoy eating out at nice restaurants and at the local dives. Let me kno : ) I would be goin during the summer.

Definitely Panama City Beach! Pier Park is full of restaurants, bars and shopping! For some cool local places, try out Harpoon Harry’s or schooners.
