Complete Travel Arranger for the Maldives?

I am considering a scuba diving vacation from Toronto (Canada) to the Maldives and am looking for input on some of the best “full service travel arrangers”. I am looking to connect with travel arrangers that can put a complete package together including all airfare, all required transfers and many options for resorts. Does anybody out there have any suggestions? Next year I will either be in Phuket or Maldives.

all the local travel companies book only hotels and resort. that means you will need to book your flight for yourself. or through another agent. even if you buy seperately both it will be reasonable. if you plan to book both airfair and resort than you will need to book through either expedia or travel agent in canada who offer maldives.
