Scuba Diving Courses In Thailand

I have an Irish passport and am planning to spend 3months in Thailand,I will be doing a scuba diving course which includes selling DVD’s I make through the diving school, do I need a non-immigrant type B visa because selling the dvd’s could be considered working..?help!
What you plan to do is illegal. You would need to own a business in Thailand to do what you plan.
