SWF seeks only tropical holiday destination for diving. Advice?

I have 31 years and have never made a trip abroad by myself. I speak only a little Spanish and I am certified to dive. I'm craving white beaches and some time under water. I'm not looking for love at the thought of a holiday specific individual that worries me. But I'm open to meeting new people and make friends, so I prefer not to spend all my time alone either. Singles cruise? Regular cruise (although you have to pay double for the room when you are alone) "All Inclusive" All? Suggestions please and thanks?
