Scuba, Snorkeling, Fishing trip in Florida?

I’m planning a trip for Boy Scouts involving going to Florida, either renting a boat or going with experienced people for a week and snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing. I am looking for a sailboat preferibly that is big enough to sleep in, and has 10 spots. I’d like the price to be low. Any ideas where to find this? I’ve been searching a lot.
Or any ideas on how to have a sea trip.

I think a sailing boat that sleeps that many is a pretty big boat. You would need to prove seamanship ability and creditworthiness and other responsibilities to be able to “bare-boat” charter. I do not think 10 Scouts would be able to prove that to a yacht owner.

Have you looked into the BSA’s High Adventure Florida Sea Base?
