Scuba Diving Water In Ear
Getting water out of my ear?
I recently went scuba diving, and I got some water lodged in my ear, I didn’t notice at first, but now, its been over a week, and it won’t come out. I tried rubbing alcohol, and that helped, but now I can’t get the alcohol out of my ear. I’ve tried basically everything, and it is extremely irritating. I should also add that I’m on prescription Sudafed, for sinus problems. I went to the doctor and she said that there were no particular ear problems, but I just want to be sure.
Hopefully this works for you as it does for me. Well they key is to:
1. Tilt your head to the side {if its your left ear turn head to the right and if its your right ear turn your head to the left}
2. Go to the sink or faucet dunk your hand in running water and start dropping one drop at a time {use index finger} of water inside your ear until you hear a sound inside your ear.. very fast after that sound tilt your head the other way that should fix it.
If for some reason it does not do it at the first try keep trying till it does 3-5 times I think it will be plenty
